Sterling Active Fund (SAF)
Launched on 1 October 2020 with the sub-fund created on 1 January 2021.
Sterling Active Fund adopts the same investment approach as the previous fund (SSV):
- Invests in a concentrated portfolio of small and mid-cap companies listed on major European exchanges.
- Is sector agnostic with a target universe of more than c. 2,000 companies.
- Has strong alignment of interests as members of the team own c. 18% of the fund.
- Since its launch, SAF has successfully exited 6 investments with exceptional returns.
- During its 24 years of activity, SSV and SAF have completed 61 investments of which 55 resulted in a positive return.
